Solar Pod Plus

The Solar Pod Plus is an ideal solar heating system for above ground swimming pools. Strong poly carbonate dome with coils made of strong polypropylene. Easily connected together, simply add multiple units for larger swimming pools.

This Solar Pod Plus above ground heating system is for use with swimming pools up to 9,000 litres (1 gallon = 4.546 litres).

The Solar Pod and Solar Pod Plus catches the energy from the sun and transfers it into your pool water using a "heat trap" glass house effect technology. The compact, contemporary design makes the Solar Pod and Solar Pod Plus an attractive addition to your garden. You can use the Solar Pods as your only source of heating for your pool, but we advise to use them in conjunction with your existing heater, or with a back up heater.

Requirement Chart

Please note: Solar Pod Plus has been designed to take the chill off pool water. Solar heaters should not be installed if a guaranteed pool water temperature gain is required. For installations requiring multiple Solar Pod Plus units up to three should be plumbed in series, more than three should be plumbed in parallel.
