These large Multi-Functional tablets are designed to slowly erode over a period of 3 - 5 days, depending on water flowing over them. As they release chlorine relatively slowly it may be necessary to shock dose or oxidise prior to their use to first establish chlorine levels more rapidly. Ideal chlorine levels are between 1 - 3 mg/l (ppm) as tested by a test kit.

Ideal Levels
Prior to using this product, adjust the pH levels to the ideal range of 7.2 - 7.6 to promote bather comfort, plant protection and effective chemical use.

Application instructions
IMPORTANT - DO NOT ADD DIRECTLY TO A POOL AND ALWAYS USE A CLEAN APPLICATOR AS BELOW WITH NO OTHER PRODUCTS PRESENT.

Skimmer
Place one tablet in the skimmer basket per 45,450 litres (10,000 gallons) and adjust tablet numbers as necessary to take account of your water flow to achieve 1-3 mg/(ppm) relatively consistently.

Floating Dispenser
Fill the Trichlor floating dispenser with tablets and adjust the aperture mechanism at the bottom of the dispenser to obtain the 1-3 mg/l(ppm) desired range.  Alternatively keep the dispenser aperture constant and vary the tablets inside to achieve 1-3 mg/(ppm). The dispenser should be removed from the pool whilst swimmers are bathing.

Chlorine Feeders
Using an appropriately sized feeder for these 200g tablets, follow feeder instruction manuals on flow regulation and feeder filling to maintain 1-3 mg/l(ppm) chlorine levels.

General Precautions

• Never mix with other chemicals including household cleaners as a dangerous reaction my occur.

Handling/Storage

• Handle products in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors.
• Wash hands after use.
• Ensure chemicals do not become damp in storage - store in a cool dry place.
