Grey Thermalux 6mm Foam Cover for Indoor Pools

The popular Thermalux 6mm is now available with a unique solid grey woven surface and joined with a solid white joint tape.  Grey hemming is also available at additional cost. The overall performance of the white cover is exactly the same as the traditional full blue foam cover.

Thermalux heat retention covers will eliminate heat loss by 85 - 90% when correctly fitted and used, significantly reducing running costs and offering a very quick payback period.

Thermalux 6mm covers benefit from a laminated underside and a strong woven ployethylene top coat, making it extremely hard wearing.  The density of the material helps to keep light penetration to a minimum and therefore reduces algae growth.

U Value - 6.25

R Value - 0.16

Due to the nature of the materials and the manufacturing process, some creasing of the top coat can be present and the cover may not lie perfectly flat, so to help eliminate this covers are shipped rolled, not folded.

Hemming is available at an additional cost of £1.50 per linear foot/£5.00 per linear metre.

*Note: Unless requested at time of order, all 6mm foam covers will be made approximately 30mm narrower than the pool width, to allow ease of movement on and off the pool.  Covers over 10.5m in length will be seamed across the width of the cover. Covers at or over 100m² cannot be hemmed.
