An interest bearing Buy Now Pay Later loan allows you to defer your payments for a period of time. Monthly payments will commence 12 months from the date your agreement starts and will be payable on the same day in each subsequent month. We will tell you the due date of the first repayment.

With the low-cost early repayment option, no interest will be charged on any payment made during the holiday period. Important! You will have to pay interest accrued during the holiday period on anything you do not repay.  Interest is calculated from the start of the agreement, which means interest will accrue during the holiday period.

If you settle the outstanding balance before the first repayment is due then we will waive all interest charges with a one off administration fee payable of £29.

Cove Spa shells are manufactured in a thermoformed matte finish High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is the most indestructible shell material available in a portable spa, they are manufactured in Grand Rapids, Michigan USA by Nordic Products. HDPE has a much greater tensile strength than acrylic and the spa shells come with a 10 year warranty.

  10 Year Limited Shell Warranty
  Warrant against the loss of water through the shell caused by defect in material and workmanship for 10 years of the origial purchaser or as long as the original purchaser owns the hot tub.
  Three Year Component Limited Warranty
  Warrant against the electrical components, pumps, air valves, slice valves and hot tub components against malfunction, leaking or defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three years from the original date of purchase.  There are exclusions to the component warranty.
  Five Year Heater Limited Warranty
  Warrant the heating element of the hot tub to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase. Exclusions can be made in cases where improper chemical balance has been found to be the cause of the failure.
  Three Year No Leak Limited Warranty
  Warrant the hot tub to not leak for a period of three years from the date the original purchaser purchased the spa.
  Ten Year Permawood^TM Cabinet Limited Warranty
  Warrant the Permawood cabinet material to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years from the original date of purchase.
